Sara Charme-Zane

Sara (she/her) is an artist and educator rooted in Philadelphia on Lenni Lenape land. Her art making of the last 5 years is, at its heart, an exploration into objects of adoration; she is interested in playing with the relationship between form and function, making art that is gifted, lived with, and contributes to ways people cultivate the intimate spaces of home and consider relationships to their environment. When she’s not in the classroom or studio she loves to play in her garden, listen to audiobooks, rearrange the furniture, and walk in the woods of the Wissahickon by her house.
